We are regular customers of Gutridge HVAC but today was our first experience with the Plumbing side. We were very pleased with each step of the process for installing a new water heater. From scheduling which helped explain the pricing options of full service or purchasing a water heater beforehand ourselves. On the day of installation, Hunter and Brad called first thing with our service time and arrived as promised. They were friendly and professional and nicely answered all of my questions. The Installation was completed within the stated time frame and they took time to explain n all the parts to me. They removed the old water heater too.

I called in the morning and they were here before noon. They fit me in the schedule and everybody from Jessica to Jose were fantastic!! Thank you for helping me more than you know. Give you 6 stars if I could.

We had an emergency today and when I called Chris Wheeler, my new service manager, he did not have anyone that he could send out immediately so he came out himself and resolved my issue very quickly and is getting us set up for a permanent fix. He was very courteous to my tenants and myself. I look forward to working with him and Gutridge in the future.

The customer called me and COULD NOT have been more HAPPY. She was so impressed on how your company, rallied the work force to get the job done and the job being so nice. And from me thanks for getting the job done.

Thank you for what you do so well. The Gutridge team is incredible. Brian and Tom were here from 0645-1445.... (estimate). They worked so well together; they respected our property; they answered my questions; they left everything in order, as if it were their own homes.
